Too much. I like accounting, but you've gone over my head with this. So sometimes PPP work (or so I understood the transportation diary) as long as regulation is strict enough and appeared a Good Thing.

But now it seems a bust on the accounting front. So are PPPs a flawed concept altogether or does it work only for a few branches of industry?
