Actually you know what (this surprised me too), the shop from which I bought some (I wasn't the only one to bring cheese) of the cheeses you see there, Xavier, which ripens/sells some of the best cheese you can find in this region, has an internet website that delivers abroad (including the US - though certainly not all varieties)!
