The paper of record in Barcelona has a small news in the international section.

They claim that no officicla statement regarding who did it has been issued.

It has made a lot of the Western news through the day (Thai time). Maybe not big news for the Spanish.
The PM made a statement in which he without mentioning names more or less blamd "those who lost power"
We will see as this unfolds.
