Hybrid Poplar fired electric project in Wisconsin. Authors claim that this plant is carbon neutral--Page 10(environmental impact). Project and metodology seem to have a lot going for them, in my very humble opinion.

Wish I could time-travel back to the late 50s to Pittsburgh and savor the air. Nothing like smelling 100s of beehive coke ovens burning in the night. Looks like from Googling you can still experience it in China.
