Which'd mean a 2:00 sailing (assuming there is one) which'd mean 4:00 leave Calais. Arriving in Paris about 6:00. Yes, I appreciate these are worst case timings and the threat of engineering works is a real and serious threat over a bank holiday, but anything could wreck these and make them much worse whilst very little is likely to improve them.

We could also camp outside Paris... It'd be nice if the battle were only against the right wingers, not half of the left on top of that — François in Paris
