Colman, can I ask you to figure out a plan with Jerome for Sunday?

Re: children, there will be yours and mine, and Jerome and Geezer also have children who tend to be taken care off and out of the meetup planning, but we might want to organise some family-friendly outing... Paul suggested a picnic (depending on the weather) and I think that's a good idea.

Any suggestions from anyone else?

A big picnic for everyone would be very nice. If it must be near Colman's, Bois de Boulogne it'll probably be. - unless Jerome knows of another nicer park ?

Problem with a picnic is that it complicates event planning, and we're herding cats as it is. Do you know how long it takes to move this lot from point A to point B under the best of circumstances??

You need contingency plans in case the weather is nasty.

That's when point A and B are 100m apart and all the food and drink at point A has dried up and there's more at point B!

Jerome suggested "nice for kids" Parc Sainte Perrine for the picnic, and in case it rains the Firenze restaurant on Avenue de Versailles.

But the restaurant probably requires a reservation for a Sunday morning, so we should get a head count and make a reservation... We could go to the park afterwards if the weather allows.
