do they seriously expect to hold all that water and decades worth more besides forever ?

Or do they have a cunning plan ?

This has just got to be the dumbest project anywhere on planet earth right now. Even more than burning the amazon rainforest or growing wheat in australia.

They are one mistake away from crippling water systems all the way to hudson Bay. Maybe they think they're expendable .. but I bet they aren't.
