Crystal Lake is pretty far out there, but it looks like they have a Metra stop.  That's convenient.  I always recommend the Cultural Center, Millenium Park & the Art Institute, which has just opened a brand-spanking new, architecturally amazing Modern Wing, designed by Renzo Piano, for vistors.  It's all right downtown, all in the same place, very convenient.  Have you seen the Bean?  Jerome liked the Bean...
