According to our contract, there remain a few hours until the final First Draft Executive Summary is due to be presented, or pasted. It was felt that the circumstances warranted this premature leak.

In the interests of mitigating the mitigations enumerated within the report, The Commission will attempt to get approval for this further mitigation, from the serene economist Pablo Neruda, and the more data relevant, at least to the number of keys, keyboardist, E. Satie.

This is not to imply, and in no way infers, or even decidualates, that any members of The Commission were in any way impaired in their analysis.

(Not appearing in the Final Draft were some minority opinions which extolled certain wet flesh and otherwise human experience, without discounting that we might have to do with that sexless Trinity shit for ever and ever and if we follow the data trail, perhaps even longer.
