... the Great Compression took place between 1935 and 1945. It was the New Deal and the New Dealers that done it. It wasn't done on the back of the GI Bill, as the GI Bill has not yet happened.

I've been accused of being a Marxist, yet while Harpo's my favourite, it's Groucho I'm always quoting. Odd, that.
