Crimea's authorities and Russia's Black Sea Fleet have agreed to jointly provide security of the fleet's facilities, reports RIA Novosti.

They are also cooperating in ensuring public order and safety of the vital points in the Autonomous Republic, the chairman of the region's council of ministers, Sergey Aksyonov has said.

A municipal office of internal affairs has been set up in the Crimean port of Sevastopol, the city's coordination council says.
