maybe, but the police, while accepting the ruling, are considering their future tactics. From what I've seen on the news, they believe that legislation will be needed to legalise what they've been doing.

huh. The headline I glanced at warned that the "high court" (whichever one) judgment permitted Extinction LLC (or whatever the org) to sue "the Met" --Metropolitan Polic, I presume.

But I am not going to go look for the judgment and order online. Not going to do it so long as THE OPPRESSED are content to hoover press gibberish and flagellate  figureheads of "democracy" in Britain.
