Don't post old news. See Scottish Court of Sessions,
JOLYON MAUGHAM [Appellant] for SUSPENSION AND INTERDICT, 18 Oct
[26]For all these reasons, I conclude that the petitioner's applications for interim orders are misconceived and unjustified.  They have no or at best a weak prima facie case. The balance of convenience comes down firmly on the side of refusing to make the orders. I shall accordingly refuse the petitioner's motion insofar as it seeks interim orders.

[27] I shall order intimation and service of the petition and appoint answers to be lodged within 7 days.

Court is not poised to grant injunction of the Withdrawal Agreement. Two actions going on: (1) Cherry (counsel) returns Mon, 21 Oct to amend pleading, answer Ct questions. (2) Cherry move in HoC for Bercow signature on the SCHEDULE FORM LETTER grasps at at a straw.

EU Council has received SCHEDULE FORM LETTER as intended for consideration as well as HRM BoJo's 2pp explanation for the request. Have you read it? EU Council has not rejected the unsigned SCHEDULE FORM LETTER and no "EU official" has commented on HRM BoJo "second letter". They're unlikely to. The content is neither derogatory nor a misrepresentation of facts in tabled in HoC.

It's kind of obsequious, actually, in pleading for time to secure HoC approval the WITHDRAWAL AGREEMENT by 31 Oct.

Thus HoC and EU Council hold the key to approval WTA and a further extension if BoJo loses Super Tuesday vote. Thanking Boris for compliance with HoC vote and EU Tusk for understanding the childish tantrum.
