Philips CEO Van Houten tevealed the Dutch government place an order for 200 ICU ventilators two weeks ago ...

Tonight the Health Minister explained thereis a need for an unexpected 2,500 ICU units in a fortnight. There are just 1,100 available. The miscalculation came when the average occupation on the ICU lenghtened to an average of 23 days per patient.

Making erroneous assumptions and not permitting older older patients into Hospital treatment. Mark Rutte and the RIVM not counting all COVID-19 deaths.
