Foreign Secretary Dominic Raab, who is carrying out the prime minister's duties in his absence, said Johnson was "receiving standard oxygen treatment and breathing without any assistance. He's not required any mechanical ventilation."
Note that it doesn't say something like "Johnson was being treated on a cot in a corridor of an off-list hospital by an unqualified nurse." It says he is getting the "standard treatment."
That is about as clear a statement as is possible, clarifying that the health care system in the UK is structured and provisioned to provide "standard oxygen treatment" to every single patient in the country. How can you complain about that?
