Why?

Only Russians should be killed by thousands of anti-personal mines fired into occupied territory. Which countries has not signed the UN treaty prohibiting use of these grenades.

Miscalculations and trust in Boris, Jens and Joe has cost thousands of lives. Zelensky is no military commander or strategist and only momentary exclamation this war should stop and UA is ready to negotiate. This options is not available to Kyiv. The machinery of war has its own momentum drawn in blood.

The Ukrainian government and its military too commit war crimes. Since a few days the Ukraine is firing missiles with thousands of anti-personal mines into Donetsk city and other population centers in the east. These are not powerful enough to kill but are designed to maim anyone who steps on them or tries to pick them up. [Link MofA]
