"Dear citizens! At the moment, the territory of the community is completely de-energized due to the fact that the occupiers hit critical infrastructure facilities! Please remain calm. Kharkovoblenergo is already working on resolving this issue!", the message says.

In addition, there were reports in social networks about the blackout of settlements in the Dnepropetrovsk, Khark*v, Poltava, Odessa [?!] and Zaporozh* regions. There are also reports of problems with the water supply. 

The head of the Poltava OVA [!] Dmitry Lunin, without giving any reason for the problem, said: "Electricity and water supply in the region will soon be restored. Power engineers are already working." 

The speaker of the Odesa OVA Serhiy Bratchuk said that the situation in the region is completely under control. All services work in accordance with certain tasks....
