CIA Warned Europe of Potential Attacks on Nord Stream Pipelines - The New York Times
The C.I.A. issued a vague warning in June to a number of European nations, including Germany, that the two Nord Stream gas pipelines that carry natural gas from Russia could be targeted in forthcoming attacks, three senior officials familiar with the intelligence said on Tuesday.
While some European governments were quick to charge Russian sabotage, American government officials said other possibilities also existed that could explain what happened.

So I really have nothing to say to the absurd allegation from President Putin that we or other partners or allies are somehow responsible for this, but we will get to the bottom of what happened, and we'll share that information as soon as we're - as soon as we have it. But I don't want to get ahead of the investigation that's ongoing....
(What you get when you attempt to corroborate voLDemORT reporting that OPEC+ "mulls" an October 100M bpd cut--2 mo old reminder or additional cut, totalling 200M bpd?)
The Russian-owned operator of the TurkStream gas pipeline said on Thursday that the Netherlands had withdrawn its export licence, but it will continue gas transportation, adding that it had requested the resumption of the license. Russia and Turkey formally launched TurkStream with capacity of 31.5 billion cubic metres per year in January 2020.
