The President of the back a$$ward United States of America is set to sign an Executive Order today to sanction the ICC, its judges, prosecutors and all related to the implementation of the two arrest warrants for war criminals Netanyahu and Gallant.

Some years ago I described America as a "bandit" state and both the U.S. and Israel as pariah states.  The two nations have excelled to prove my point. 😡

President Biden's 2021 E.O. terminated the "national emergency" Trump had declared in order to levy sanctions against the ICC in the first place. Trump's day one E.O. revoking Biden's revocation of that national emergency, though, doesn't spring the prior ICC sanctions back to life. 

Instead, Trump would have to declare a new "national emergency" justifying the use of financial sanctions against an independent court.

Trump will sign an executive order sanctioning the International Criminal Court, citing its targeting of the U.S. and Israel. Last year, the ICC issued arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant. [_link]
