Return of Netanyahu Defines End of Democracy

by Oui Sun Oct 30th, 2022 at 05:19:34 PM EST

A political career of hate, incitement that led to the murder of Yitzhak Rabin, sabotaged the Oslo Accords and joined Ariel Sharon as the butcher of Palestinians, Iranian scientists and gave support to the Neocon goal of a NWO starting in the Middle East by overthrow of leaders of sovereign nations. A bit of new international boundaries as we went along. No problem whatsoever with an ally, the most powerful military force on Earth. Many war crimes and crimes against humanity were covered-up or protected by a false impunity.

The diary was started with the terror attack on a holy shrine in Iran where the world clearly is split on its condemnation.

Remnants of Bush's Operation Enduring Freedom

Daesh Takfiri group claimed responsibility for terrorist attack at the revered Shah Cheragh shrine in Shiraz | Press TV Iran |

Iranian demonstrators across Iran, in the cities of Isfahan, Shiraz, Ahvaz, Mashad, Qom, Bandar Abbas, Boushehr, Sari , and other cities  came to the streets to denounce the terrorist attack on the Shah Cheragh shrine, a highly revered shrine in the southern city of Shiraz.

They chanted slogans and held banners urging to bring those responsible to justice.
They held rallies to protest the role the UK government and London-based media play in the latest riots in Iran.

Joe Biden took the easy path of his predecessor to continue Republican foreign policy, "peace" agreement with the Taliban, confiscated assets Afghan National bank, continued harsh economic sanctions on Iran and failed in diplomacy to re-instate the agreed nuclear deal, confirmed and expanded "friendship" ties of Abraham Accords between Middle East terror states.

The intelligence bodies further stated that "enemies" organized and implemented a "global media war" against Iran, through TV networks and social media.
It accuses Twitter, WhatsApp, and Instagram of "ignoring their own regulations" to pave the ground for the spread of "fake news."

Referring to the measures taken by the US government to provide free satellite internet for the Iranian people, they said "The Starlink project is to expand America's internet dictatorship!"

Palestinian Resistance: By Any Means Necessary | Tikun Olam |

I've come a long way from being a liberal Zionist.  I used to say that violence was not the answer. That it was wrong on both sides.  I used to feel there was a difference between Palestinian "terrorism" and Israeli "violence."  I used to believe in a two-state solution. I used to believe that a one-state solution would destroy my (then) cherished idea of a Jewish state. I didn't even know what the Nakba was.  Even if I did, I didn't understand the enormity of the crime.  I used to believe Israel could become a liberal democratic state.  I even used to believe that democracy and religion (at least an enlightened form of it) could co-exist.  I used to love Israel, but as a `loyal' critic.  I used to believe that Meir Kahane was an aberration and didn't represent "Israel."  I used to believe that there were Israeli heroes.

All of that has come crashing down over the years.  It didn't happen all at once.  It was a gradual process.  As Israel turned farther and farther to the right, I turned the opposite way.  Now, I burn inside at what Israel has made of itself.  The mass murder. The apartheid. The bombs. The hate. It's just too much.  It breaks my heart. But more than that, it enrages me.  I feel betrayed.  But more than that, I'm angry and disgusted.

In one important way, I've made a massive change.  In the past, it would have hurt me to speak of any sense of righteousness in killing Israeli Jews.  How could I justify killing one of my own people? Some may question my hesitation in so.  To them I would say, especially is they observe any particular religion: how would you feel if you were Christian, Muslim, Hindu, etc. and justice required you to accept killing your own? That's a hard decision to make.

Translation:
My family is currently secured under a shooting attack on our home in Givat Avot. Listen to the security forces.
...
The Kahanist right is in a paroxysm of anger at the murder, fueled by the anticipation that it will play a crucial role in a far-right election victory.  It expects that its fascist leaders, Betzalel Smotirch and Ben Gvir will become senior security ministers in the coming cabinet.  As such they will get the opportunity to bring down their iron fist on the Palestinians in ways Israel has not until now.  It's hard to believe how much worse it can be than now. But trust me, it can and will if these would-be murderers are given access to real political power.

Kahanist MK Itamar Ben Gvir, who is nothing but a champion of incitement and wild claims, tweeted falsely (above) that his home "was under attack." This was either a lie or a complete misjudgment of events transpiring nearby.  Channel 7 picked this up and reported the false story. This is a clever bit of incitement to fuel the sense of rage among the radical settler movement.  It serves two purposes: it turns Ben Gvir into a martyr and swings even more votes his way for the Tuesday election; it also whips up a frenzy of vengeance against Palestinians.  Which of course fuels the next round of violence.  Israel is a whirlwind of hate and blood.  An unending cycle of vengeance and counter-vengeance.  It is hopeless.  I'm sorry to say it. I wish I didn't feel this way.

Violence begets more violence. For many decades the United States has exported its culture of violence, diplomatic bullying, harsh economic sanctions bringing the world to the edge of environmental collapse and a nuclear confrontation. All in a drive for global dominance, a NWO. The Neocon policy of creating chaos and making big profits.

Nevertheless, I would never support a Malcolm X, rather walk with a visionary like Martin Luther King or a Nelson Mandela.

Israel Deploys Nuclear Weapons on German-Built Submarines

Whatever the missile, a 932-mile range gives it the ability--just barely--to strike the Iranian capital of Tehran, as well as the holy city of Qom and the northern city of Tabriz, from a position off the coast of Syria. (Iran's pursuit of nuclear arms is likely the main and enduring driver of Israel's second-strike capability.) That isn't an ideal firing position, and it's been seventeen years since the missile's first flight, so it's also reasonable to assume that the weapon's range has been extended to the point where it can launch against Tehran and even more Iranian cities from a relatively safe location.

Global cooperation key to 'turn challenges into opportunities' -- Ziadin | Jordan Times |

Jordan believes in "resetting globalisation" through advancing joint global action for the benefit of all, an idea presented by His Majesty King Abdullah less than two years ago, Second Deputy Lower House Speaker Haitham Ziadin said.

The MP said that the world is heading towards a "harsher crossroads", as challenges have become more tragic starting from the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change issues, water scarcity and food security crises, all of which "exacerbate some nations' turn towards an arms race and war mongering", instead of focusing efforts on development priorities.

He added that crises are complex, and no country alone can face challenges by itself. Wars across the world have paved the way for increased extremism, with conflicts creating environments that enable the spread of misleading ideologies that affect all countries of the world, he said.

The lawmaker also said that Jordan has revised all laws regulating political life to include provisions for women's political participation and empowerment.

Ziadin also expressed the Kingdom's rejection of all practices related to the killing, destruction and forced migration of the Palestinian people, reaffirming Jordan's condemnation of the atrocity of the Israeli occupation.

He also called on participants to cooperate at a high level in order to unify efforts to "turn challenges into opportunities".

He stressed that the Kingdom supports all efforts aiming to realise peace, security and prosperity for all peoples of the world.

Seems a rebuke of Joe's policy of a New World Order in his image. If only Europe would reject warmongering and end the conflict in Ukraine ... Washington won't take any initiative towards diplomacy to settle disputes. What decades of animosity has wrought. Republicans and Democrats.

Jordan censures Dutch envoy for 'interference' in radio license row | Anadolu Agency |

In a tiff over a radio license application, Jordan has condemned the Dutch ambassador to the country for interfering in internal matters.

Dutch envoy Harry Verweij requested a radio broadcast license for a citizen of a third country during a courtesy meeting with State Minister for Media Affairs Faisal al-Shboul, according to Jordan's Foreign Ministry.

The ministry said it summoned the Dutch ambassador and "strongly" condemned his "interference in the country's internal affairs."

The director of the ministry's Europe wing told Verweij that the government was "astonished" by the ambassador's interference in a radio license application for a non-Jordanian and non-Dutch person, Jordan's official news agency Petra reported.
The envoy was told that such applications are "processed according to laws and regulations in force and with 'absolute' transparency ... (and) it was 'incomprehensible' that an ambassador representing a friendly country interfered in a matter governed by Jordan's laws," the report said.

The incident has also drawn a reaction from the UAE, where the Foreign Ministry summoned the Dutch ambassador to the country to "protest interference" in Jordan's internal matters.

A ministry statement conveyed solidarity with Jordan and "expressed its strong protest against the irresponsible statement breaching diplomatic norms that was made by the Dutch ambassador."

Verweij's statement "is considered a blatant interference in the internal affairs" of Jordan, it added.

Finally found the specifics of the dispute, it involves Syrian refugees from Za'atari camp near border with Syria. So the Dutch envoy stepped in a snake pit with rattlers 😂 Jordan will not accept Palestinian refugees as they are the responsibility of UNRWA, and have been since the 1967 war.

Five countries - Turkey (3.4 million), Lebanon (850,000), Jordan (668,000), Germany (616,000) and Iraq (245,000) - hosted 90 percent of the 6.76 million Syrian refugees around the world as of July 2021.

In what context was the incident between Jordan and Dutch envoy? Quite interesting that the UAE was solidair with the interests of Jordanian sovereignty.

Envoy's tweet on media freedoms triggers diplomatic tiff | Jordan News - Oct. 23, 2022 |

The UAE's foreign ministry described the statements of the Dutch ambassador in Jordan as "irresponsible and outside diplomatic norms,... which are a blatant interference in Jordan's internal affairs."

As local media outlets and social media platforms covered reactions to this unprecedented diplomatic tiff, Community Media Network (CMN) in Amman issued a statement on Thursday acknowledging that there had been posts and statements, which it characterized as "not accurate", that indirectly involved CMN/Radio al Balad and AmmanNet.

The statement said that the organization had been contacted more than a year ago by the Dutch CEO of Ref FM (refugees FM), an organization that helps establish nonpolitical radio stations aimed at refugees. The CEO asked CMN whether it would be willing to work together to set up a station targeting Syrian refugees in Za'atari camp, the network said.

IHRA is a Sham, and It's a Shame | Tikun Olam - Sept. 2018 |

Lipstadt and IHRA adherents seek to deny that other Semitic peoples face the same discrimination and oppression as Jews.  Further, they seek to singularize anti-Semitism as uniquely Jewish; and to further the claim that Jews face more virulent hate than other groups, especially Muslims and Arabs.  Even more ludicrous is the view that eliminating the hyphen, while maintaining the word "Semitism" in the term, will somehow elide or disguise the fact that Jews are Semites.

Many major media outlets like the NY Times, AP and others have adopted the invented term.  I reject it because it plays into a pro-Israel agenda.

Has always been a poor definition and used to stifle any criticism on the State of Israel. Anti-Zionism or criticism of Israel policy of apartheid is not anti-semitism ...

To the anger of Hezbollah, the new wording states that the force "is allowed to conduct its operations independently".
Previously, peacekeepers had routinely coordinated their patrols and other movements inside the area of operations with the Lebanese army.

Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah condemned the changed rules as "a violation of Lebanese sovereignty" that served Israel's interests.
