NATO War Planning -- In 2021 Ukraine

by Oui Wed May 11th, 2022 at 03:29:40 PM EST

I forgot about Halbe Zijlstra and his prophesy about Vladimir Putin and his goal of Greater Russia -- fly on the wall in Putin's dacha in 2006.

Transcript of the speech by future Foreign Minister Halbe Zijlstra ...

ALERT ⚠️ complete fake story full of lies for which he had to retire from the cabinet of Mark Rutte ...

Rutte and VVD -- Conservatives similar to policy run by Tories across the channel.

Rise of Populism Based on Terror and Islamophobia

Dutch Fake News, Warmongering, Anti-Russia Propaganda by Oui Wed Feb 14th, 2018 |

What the media in Holland and the political parties refuse to mention. The lies about Russia were placed in the context of the prospects of war initiated by Putin's Russia and the risk of maintaining unity in the European Union. Halbe Zijlstra spoke at the VVD party congress and positioned his party as anti-Russian by an ugly piece of WARMONGERING. Here is the translation from Dutch - VIDEO.

Speaker Halbe Zijlstra and his lies about a meeting with Vladimir Putin -  VVD Congress in 2016

Halbe Zijlstra started his opening words in the Frisian language, his birthplace ...

Comedian Lubach On Sunday taking Halbe to the cleaners

I must also honestly admit that I am also worrying ... I am very concerned about developments that I see in the world ... these are a real threat to our freedom, our way of life ... you only have to turn on the news or just to open a newspaper and that frightening world comes directly inside your home  ... a world where it is very possible that we can be confronted, here in Europe again going to get a war ... a war with Russia.

I was present in the dacha --at the beginning of 2006- of Vladimir Putin ... but as an employee I was hidden in the back of the room where the event took place ... but I could very well hear what Vladimir Putin's answer was on the question what he meant under Greater Russia ... because Greater Russia that is where he wants to focus on ... his answer was that it is Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and the Baltic States .... well, Kazakhstan that was "nice to have" ... and he did not leave it at words. We have been able to witness that in recent years first in South Ossetia and in Abkhazia, Transnistria ... very recent in the Crimea are already in East Ukraine  ... and what if the next step indeed are the Baltic States ... if he takes action for Estonia, Latvia or Lithuania  ... that is perilous and then we end up with war and where I am also very concerned about is the survival of the European Union.

Must read the whole speech as it is filled with ugly racism, xenophobia and Islamophobia. I hear Geert Wilders leading the applause ... Zijlstra was a dear and close friend of Mark Rutte.

Thus NATO playbook was ready for years ... it was a matter of pulling the trigger ... or rather crossing the red lines of national security of Russia [VIDEO]> and lean back for events to be rolled out.

Dutch Foreign Affairs Minister Zijlstra, admits to spreading fake news about Putin | Dutch Review - Feb. 12, 2018 |

It wasn't much about fake news, it was mostly revealing the secrets of NATO policy sheet on Russia. VVD Annual Congress in May 2016.

The Dutch and warmongering was the single task of foreign policy towards Russia ever since the MH17 crash above Eastern Ukraine. Keep squeezing the bitter lemon.

But with the cold war effectively over, NATO will have to find new rationales-it will have to go "out of area," as Senator Richard Lugar predicts, or go "out of business." Without the Soviet Union, NATO needs new enemies. Thus NATO has begun to look outside Europe (toward rapid response to conflicts in the Persian Gulf or the Horn of Africa) and outside traditional military definitions of security (to issues such as crime, terrorism, and narcotics) to justify its existence. By handling these issues within the NATO framework, the U.S. can count on European contributions to offset costs.

South Ossetia to `take legal steps' towards annexation by Russia

"As a son of our motherland and the president of South Ossetia, elected by the people, I entirely support the idea of joining the divided Ossetian people as part of a united Russia," Gagloev told the Russian news agency Tass on May 14. (Neighboring North Ossetia, home to most Ossetians, is already a part of Russia.)

"From my position, I want to assure the people of South Ossetia that my actions connected with the unification referendum will be directed at observing international legal norms and consultations and the implementation of agreements with the Russian Federation."

America On Path to Break-up the European Union

Thanks at least in part to NATO's premature membership commitment to Ukraine and Georgia -- and knowing that NATO is very reluctant to admit new members that have unresolved territorial issues with neighboring countries --the Kremlin has been strongly incentivized to create frozen conflicts in those countries. The Russian invasions of Georgia and Ukraine -- and its subsequent occupation of South Ossetia and Abkhazia in Georgia and Crimea and the Donbas in Ukraine -- have been the logical result. By creating and now maintaining open-ended territorial conflicts with both Georgia and Ukraine, the Kremlin has cast a de facto veto over any attempt on the part of Tbilisi or Kyiv to join NATO.

Make Moldova Great Again | Open Democracy - Nov. 10, 2016 |

Milling around with half an hour to kill, I stopped to take a look at the Russian-language papers at a newsstand. There was little of interest.

That was, until I came across the local edition of the tabloid daily Komsomolskaya Pravda and thought, shocking myself: "Well, I must have a copy of that".

On its cover, Donald Trump and Igor Dodon faced off against Hillary Clinton and Maia Sandu. "According to one theory," began the headline, "Moldova's head of state will be elected depending on the outcome of the US presidential elections".

"Small countries absorb the greatest contradictions of geopolitics"

Acting Prosecutor General Dumitru Robu ordered to open criminal case against Igor Dodon over video footage, published in June 2019

Former Moldovan President Dodon Not In Custody As Police Search His Home | RFERL - 1 hr ago |

A spokeswoman for the Prosecutor-General's Office, as well as a senior member of the Socialist Party, said earlier on May 24 that Dodon, a pro-Russian politician who was president in 2016-20, had been detained during the raid for 72 hours under suspicion of corruption, illicit enrichment, accepting political funding from a criminal organization, and treason.

At a news conference, members of Dodon's Party of Socialists rejected the accusations against Dodon, which they said were part of a "two-penny show" meant to distract the public's attention from poverty and social issues. They also called for public protests.

Dodon, a close ally of Russian President Vladimir Putin, whom he visited frequently in Moscow, was defeated in November 2020 by Maia Sandu, a US-educated politician who ran on a ticket of closer relations with the West.

Compromising material from an oligarch on the run | Tass |

A few days later, TV channels run by Plahotniuc showed the video footage, made in the Democratic Party's office, accusing Dodon of treason. However, a short while afterwards the oligarch lost power and fled the country to Miami.

A coalition of the Party of Socialists and the ACUM alliance came to power, and Maia Sandu, one of the alliance's leaders, became prime minister. Prosecutors investigated the video, but found "no elements of crime" in it, and a court in Chisinau rejected the case.

Last week, the Appeals Chamber reversed the court's decision.

No, I do not fear the red wave across Europe ...

Europe's dependence on the United States for its security means that the United States possesses a de facto veto on the direction of European defense. Since the 1990s, the United States has typically used its effective veto power to block the defense ambitions of the European Union. This has frequently resulted in an absurd situation where Washington loudly insists that Europe do more on defense but then strongly objects when Europe's political union--the European Union--tries to answer the call. This policy approach has been a grand strategic error--one that has weakened NATO militarily, strained the trans-Atlantic alliance, and contributed to the relative decline in Europe's global clout. As a result, one of America's closest partners and allies of first resort is not nearly as powerful as it could be.

Wang Wenbin: On the evening of May 19, foreign ministers of BRICS countries held a video conference. President Xi Jinping delivered a video address at the opening session of the meeting. He noted that BRICS countries need to increase mutual understanding and trust, tighten the bond of cooperation, and deepen the convergence of interests. State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi hosted the video conference and elaborated on China's position on strengthening BRICS cooperation. After initially signalling it would allow the march to proceed, its policy significantly hardened after a Monday meeting attended by the prime minister and his elder brother from London. The PML-N reportedly decided that an early election would not be `dictated' by Imran Khan and gave Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah carte blanche to 'deal' with the PTI marchers.

The minister promptly ordered police parties to 'raid' key PTI leaders' homes in the late hours of Monday and make arrests. Videos and pictures of the police action were uploaded to social media, inviting widespread anger and condemnation.

APEC Ministers Responsible for Trade Statement of Chair, 21-22 May
The Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Ministers Responsible for Trade (MRT) met in Bangkok, Thailand, from 21-22 May 2022, under the chairmanship of H.E. Mr. Jurin Laksanawisit, Thailand's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Commerce. The Statement of the Chair reflects the Chair's assessment of the prevailing views of all APEC member economies as expressed during the course of the two-day meeting.

The meeting welcomed the participation of the Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO), the Chair of the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC), the Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (PECC), the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the Pacific Islands Forum (PIF) Secretariat.

Varying views were expressed on the prevailing situation. The meeting expressed its concern over the still fragile-recovery from Covid-19 on our region, including global supply chain disruptions, inflation, food and energy crisis on this nascent economic recovery, as well as the achievement of APEC's vision for an open, dynamic, resilient and peaceful Asia-Pacific community. Views were expressed on the need to ensure peace and stability in our region as well as upholding international law, recognizing that these are preconditions for the inclusive and sustainable economic growth for which APEC strives. ...

Commentary by MFA Spokesperson Maria Zakharova on the Meeting of Trade Ministers of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum, 25 May
The aggressive pro-Western minority in the multilateral associations of the Asia-Pacific countries does not abandon attempts to impose a confrontational agenda on the regional community.

This was once again clearly demonstrated by the meeting of trade ministers of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum on May 21-22 this year. in Bangkok. The unfriendly demarche against Russia by the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Japan, which has joined them, has failed: APEC is dominated by a depoliticized, constructive, future-oriented interaction. The demonstrative exit from the hall of the delegations of the countries of this "five" during the speeches of the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation M.G. Reshetnikov was not supported by the rest of the participants and only allowed them to focus in a calm atmosphere on discussing key issues of the development of the global and regional economy. Al-Ibrahim also praised Moscow's role in the OPEC+ format, which unites major oil exporters. The minister said [, AGAIN,] Saudi Arabia does not plan to increase oil output in order to lower prices, explaining that Riyadh is currently focused on supply stability rather a potential increase. The first plausible explanation of strategic analysis by the hegemon and NATO allies ..

By Robert H. Wade @LSE

Why the US and Nato have long wanted Russia to attack Ukraine | March 30th, 2022 |

On 26 March, President Biden, speaking in Warsaw, said, unscripted: "For God's sake, this man [Putin] cannot remain in power." Such an overt statement of intention for regime change in Russia has not gone down well in most of Europe. US Secretary of State Antony Blinken later clarified Biden's Warsaw remark: "As you know, and as you have heard us say repeatedly, we do not have a strategy of regime change in Russia, or anywhere else, for that matter". Blinken has apparently forgotten Vietnam, Chile, Iraq, Afghanistan, and quite a few more.

Consider the following quotes. On 24 February, during a White House press conference on the first day of Russia's invasion, Biden said sanctions are designed not to prevent invasion but to punish Russia after invading "...so the people of Russia know what he has brought on them. That is what this is all about."

On 27 February, James Heappey, UK Minister for the Armed Forces, wrote in the Daily Telegraph: "His failure must be complete; Ukrainian sovereignty must be restored, and the Russian people empowered to see how little he cares for them. In showing them that, Putin's days as President will surely be numbered... He'll lose power and he won't get to choose his successor." Finally, on 1 March, Boris Johnson's spokesperson said the sanctions on Russia "we are introducing, that large parts of the world are introducing, are to bring down the Putin regime."

These statements reflect long-standing US strategy for regime change in Moscow, with Ukraine as the pivot. On one hand, send sufficient military and other equipment to Ukraine to sink the Russian military in a quagmire. On the other hand, impose severe, far-reaching sanctions on Russia so as to cause major disruption to the Russian elite and a major contraction of living conditions for the Russian middle-class. The combination should last long enough for Russians to rise up to overthrow Putin and install a Yeltsin-like President more sympathetic to the West.

But this weapons-plus-sanctions strategy needed a cause. Putin's invasion was the required casus belli. It in no way excuses Russia's invasion and its despicable tactics to say that the Kremlin fell into a US and Nato trap.

Russia is being made a pariah state - just like it and the Soviet Union were for most of the last 105 years

Concern grew among the Western countries about potential military confrontation with the Soviet Union. That led in 1949 to the formation of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, or NATO, as part of the move to contain the Soviet Union militarily.
Following NATO's creation, in 1950 the U.S. State Department proposed a new policy - a top-secret report referred to as "NSC-68" - that emphasized the use of military force over diplomacy in dealing with Soviet power.

The authors of NSC-68 rejected a renewal of U.S. isolationism, fearing that this would lead to the Soviet domination of Eurasia, and leave the United States marooned on the Western Hemisphere, cut off from the allies and resources it needed to fend off further Soviet encroachments. The report also ruled out a preventive strike against the Soviet Union, because its authors reckoned that such action would not destroy the Soviet military's offensive capacities, and would instead invite retaliatory strikes that would devastate Western Europe. Moreover, U.S. experts did not believe that American public opinion would support measures that might lead to a protracted war. NSC-68 did not rule out the prospect of negotiating with the Soviet Union when it suited the objectives of the United States and its allies; however, the report's authors argued that such an approach would only succeed if the United States could create "political and economic conditions in the free world" sufficient to deter the Soviet Union from pursuing a military solution to the Cold War rivalry.

As the State Department Historian writes:

"Its authors argued that one of the most pressing threats confronting the United States was the `hostile design' of the Soviet Union. The authors concluded that the Soviet threat would soon be greatly augmented by the addition of more weapons, including nuclear weapons, to the Soviet arsenal. They argued that the best course of action was to respond in kind with a massive build-up of the U.S. military and its weaponry."

More aggressive than Kennan's ideas of containment, this policy called for a massive buildup of U.S. conventional and nuclear arsenals. Soviet ambition would thus be restricted because its leaders would not likely seek a hot war with the West.

President Harry Truman signed off on NSC-68 in September 1950. It remained U.S. policy until the end of the Cold War in 1991.

The containment policy 2.0 was reinstated in 2001 after the 9/11 attacks and Afghan campaign. Ten years of cuts in military spending was now used to rebuild a strong NATO alliance with a new goal: George Bush and Dick Cheney's War on Terror, the threats of Islam and a war of civilization. White supremacy threatened. Europe is now paying an economic price for their military alliance with a super power on a rampage. On Dutch television and radio a daily deluge of warmongering with interviews of war hawks and Russophobes. Yesterday a report from Lithuania and Crowd Funding of Turkish drones and other lethal weapons ... beyond insane. Let's crowd fund a assassin to blow-up the Kremlin.

Making Russia a pariah state became an outspoken policy inside NATO and U.S. State Department from the Bucharest Summit of April 2008 on forward.

Independent American journalist reporting from the frontlines and key city in Donbas.

In a rare interview from the frontlines of the Russian invasion, we speak with American journalist Billy Nessen in the Ukrainian city of Severodonetsk. It is the easternmost city still held by Ukrainian forces after almost three months of war. He says Russian troops have devastated the city with heavy shelling. The interview with Nessen was interrupted when a shell landed in the building next door. Nessen speaks about the Ukrainian resistance, the Azov Battalion and more, including the U.S. and NATO's role in the conflict, especially as the U.S. Senate is expected to approve an additional $40 billion in military and economic aid to Ukraine. "Obviously the West is determined that Ukraine has to win this war," says Nessen.

Biden approves shipping Himars rocket systems instead of hyper modern Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS). The HIMARS fires a full range of the M270 rockets, including HE-FRAG and cluster. It also fires newly developed extended range guided munitions at a range of 60 - 100 km.

US shipping the systems .... any other country will ship the long range munitions ...Biden keeps clean hands ... innocent blood cannot be washed off Joe.

Biden rules out sending rocket systems 'that can strike into Russia' to Ukraine | France24 AFP |

US President Joe Biden said Monday he would not send rocket systems to Ukraine that could hit targets well inside Russian territory, despite urgent requests from Kyiv for long-range weapons.

Kyiv has asked the United States for mobile batteries of long-range rockets, the M270 MLRS and the M142 Himars, which can launch multiple rockets at the same time with a range of up to 187 miles (300 kilometers), eight times or more the distance of artillery in the field.

This could give Ukrainian forces the ability to reach, with great precision, targets far behind Russian lines, though it is unclear if that is their intent.

The MLRS "is really the weapon that we badly need," Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said last week at the World Economic Forum in the Swiss Alps, where he pressed Western allies for heavy weapons.

"If Russia does not lose the war with Ukraine, the Third World War will begin on the continent."

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's advisor Mykhailo Podoliak echoed the call in a recent tweet, saying, "It is hard to fight when you are attacked from a 70 km (43 miles) distance and have nothing to fight back with."

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham said that the Biden administration's "decision not to send these weapons is a betrayal of Ukraine and democracy itself."

Lindsey Graham a well known warmonger and a bit more extreme rightwing than Joe Biden himself. Small steps ...

The first twenty years of the European Central Bank: monetary policy

On 1 June 2018 the ECB celebrated its 20th anniversary. This paper provides a comprehensive view of the ECB's monetary policy over these two decades.

One of the main themes of the paper is how ECB monetary policy responded to the challenges posed by the European twin crises and the subsequent slow economic recovery, making use of its relatively wide range of instruments, defining new ones where necessary and developing the strategic underpinnings of its policy framework.

This paper reviews the European Central Bank's monetary policy during its first twenty years of existence. Overall, the ECB has delivered on its price stability mandate despite the very challenging crisis times of the last decade. Average inflation over this period has been 1.7 percent, which is in line with the ECB's aim of maintaining inflation below but close to 2 percent over the medium term. However, this average number masks quite stable inflation around 2 percent before the outbreak of the financial and sovereign debt crisis and a much more volatile and on average lower inflation rate around 1.5 percent thereafter. Throughout the whole twenty years, average five-year ahead inflation expectations, as captured by the Survey of Professional Forecasters, have remained stable within a narrow range between 1.8 and 2.0 percent, underlining the ECB's credibility.

Normalising monetary policy in non-normal times | ECB |

Following the acute phase of the pandemic, central banks in most advanced economies have started to withdraw stimulus as the recovery has progressed and inflationary pressures have emerged. In the jargon of central bankers, this process is often described as bringing about a "normalisation" of monetary policy.
We are not, however, in normal times.

Unlike some other advanced economies, the euro area is not facing a situation of excess domestic demand. As ECB President Christine Lagarde recently noted, "consumption and investment remain below their pre-crisis levels, and even further below their pre-crisis trends".

Instead, the euro area is confronted with a war on its doorstep that comes on top of a series of negative supply shocks generated abroad. These shocks - above all the increase in energy prices - are creating sizeable and persistent upward pressures on near-term inflation. But by hitting real incomes, confidence and ultimately domestic demand, these shocks could derail the post-pandemic recovery.

In other words, the very shocks that have led to a surge in inflation are also depressing output. As a result, the inflation path is starting from a much higher point but the medium-term inflation outlook is characterised by high uncertainty.

From my diary ...

UK Disinformation and Propaganda The Consortium

The leaked materials show the Thomson Reuters Foundation and BBC Media Action participating in a covert information warfare campaign aimed at countering Russia. Working through a shadowy department within the UK FCO known as the Counter Disinformation & Media Development (CDMD), the media organizations operated alongside a collection of intelligence contractors in a secret entity known simply as "the Consortium."

Through training programs of Russian journalists overseen by Reuters, the British Foreign Office sought to produce an "attitudinal change in the participants," promoting a "positive impact" on their "perception of the UK."

Anti-Russia war propaganda is 'Made in Britain' | Australian Citizens Party |

Russophobic Anglo-American propaganda is nothing new, and indeed has been almost continuous ever since the USA and UK declared "Cold War" on the Soviet Union in 1946. After something of a lull following the Soviet Union's collapse, the clamour over the alleged Russian threat to the "West" began to grow once again, commensurate with President Vladimir Putin's success in reversing--albeit incompletely--Russia's disastrous collapse of the 1990s, since he began his first term as President in 2000.

Around the same time that the USA escalated against Russia in Ukraine by mobilising its proxy army of fanatically anti-Russian nationalist and neo-Nazi militias, the core factions of which had been in Anglo-American employ ever since the end of World War II, for the November2013-February 2014 "revolution" against Ukraine's elected President Viktor Yanukovych, Britain was busy expanding and modernising its propaganda apparatus for the digital age. These efforts culminated in the establishment in early 2015 of two new info-war outfits: the 77th Brigade, an official regular and Army Reserve unit specialising in cyber warfare; and the "Integrity Initiative" of the Institute for Statecraft (IfS), an ostensibly independent not-for-profit project that was covertly funded by the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and headed by a military intelligence colonel.

Wow! I never knew Australia had a Larouchist party. Far away and far behind the times...

While the USA has played an obvious, up-front role in the political and military machinations that made war inevitable, the UK government has spent most of the last decade laying the groundwork for an all-out "informational war" against Russia, by constructing a pervasive propaganda apparatus, active globally but with a special focus on Ukraine and eastern Europe, in collaboration with Britain's largest media organisations

... some of which are owned by Russian oligarchs... others slavishly follow the Conservative party, which has been funded by Russian oligarchs for decades...

It's a question of optics. These elderly conspiracy nuts imagine that Britain and its press are hugely influential.

Ukraine Tried to Tip the Election in Clinton's Favor | EU Observer Opinion - Jan 12, 2017 |

According to notes taken by then-CIA Director John Brennan, President Barack Obama received a briefing on July 28, 2016--one day before Sussmann's email to Trainor. Brennan told Obama of an intelligence intercept showing that Russia was aware of a plan approved by Clinton to "vilify" her rival, Donald Trump, by "stirring up a scandal claiming interference by the Russian security services."

Days later, the CIA informed the FBI of intelligence suggesting that Clinton's plan was meant "as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server."

According to the indictment of several Russian nationals brought by special counsel Robert Mueller, the alleged Russian conspirators gained access to the DCCC network on April 12, 2016. That same day, then-FBI Director James Comey held a meeting with senior FBI officials to discuss how to execute a "credible ... conclusion" of the FBI investigation into Clinton's use of an unauthorized private email server to conduct government business.

The DCCC and the DNC hired CrowdStrike, a private cybersecurity firm, to investigate and remediate the network intrusions. The FBI conducted its own investigation, relying on server images and reports produced by CrowdStrike, with Sussmann playing as the singular point of contact representing the DNC and the DCCC, according to another email introduced during the trial.

The CrowdStrike reports sent to the FBI were partly redacted. An email addressed to Sussmann by an FBI agent indicated that receiving the nonredacted versions of the reports was the top priority for the bureau. According to a previous filing by the Department of Justice in the case against Trump associate Roger Stone, the bureau never received the unredacted reports. The FBI has rejected Freedom of Information Act requests for the documents.

Other missives entered during Sussmann's trial showed the lawyer becoming upset after the bureau announced that it was investigating the reported intrusion into the DNC network.

Demining the seas ...

Zelensky demands removing the mines won't be used by Russian naval forces to advance on Southern Front.

Former US Ambassador to NATO Ivo Daalder ... a fu*king warmonger gets media space to spout his hate for Russia on Politico ...

The block on shipping can't be broken with missiles alone, but a naval escort could provide the answer | Politico |

So far, diplomacy at the U.N. has made no progress. Russia blames Western sanctions for the global food crisis and Ukraine for blocking shipping by mining its ports. Its proposal to allow grain shipments in return for lifting all sanctions isn't serious. Meanwhile, time is running short, as a new grain harvest will have no place to be stored.

....
This would strictly be a humanitarian mission, aimed solely at ensuring safe passage for grain-filled cargo ships from Ukraine, out through the Black Sea. Navy ships from a coalition, preferably including grain-importing countries like Egypt, would escort the freighters, and minesweepers could clear a safe path for the ships.

Though straightforward in theory, such a naval escort mission would need to overcome two obstacles: Russia and Turkey.

Russia would have to cooperate, either explicitly or tacitly. If explicit, Moscow would agree to allow the shipments, perhaps after international inspectors verified that only food exports were leaving Ukraine and no weapons were being shipped back.

A naval escort also carries risks of confrontation, though much less so than policing the vast skies of Ukraine. And given the colossal humanitarian need, the risks are worth taking.

Russia Is Connected to Western Europe

So Daalder, finding it difficult to get out of the mess you helped create by design ... making Russia a pariah state. May you forever be doomed.
