Likud minister observations for the future of the Jewish State
In conclusion:
The final word has not yet been spoken, and like a marathon, it is the last stretch that will decide. Israel has the backing of the incoming administration, which is undoubtedly expected to be the most supportive of Israel ever.
And a final note:
To fully achieve the war's objectives, the ranks of the General Staff must be refreshed with a new, offensive, and determined spirit--one that strives for decisive victory and the enemy's destruction. We have a cadre of such commanders at the division command level, and they must take the lead.

The problem runs deeper. Judging by his first two months as defense minister, Katz's other task is to shift blame for the October 7 fiasco from the politicians to the generals.

Incoming president Trump called the ceasefire deal “Epic” …and took credit in a public statement.
Do not cross him, Trump will be relentless in revenge. He will destroy you. This threat keeps Netanyahu to “back” the deal to get it approved inside his Security Cabinet, Extended cabinet and through the Knesset without being toppled. The two rogue ministers do have the right to fight the cabinet decision in court within 24 hours … Netanyahu will delay the cabinet meeting until late Friday, the start of Shabbat … the ultra orthodox ministers are expected to refrain from working on the religious day and forego the court appeal.

Blinken: International pressure on Hamas to say YES
Blinken urges Middle East leaders to press Hamas for a ceasefire | The Guardian |
US secretary of state Antony Blinken said on 10 June, as he left Cairo for Israel, that he was urging leaders in the region to press Hamas to say yes to a ceasefire proposal to halt fighting in Gaza.
Blinken said Hamas was the only outlier in not accepting the proposal for a three-phase deal involving the release of hostages and talks toward an end to fighting, to which he said Israel had agreed. Israel is pressing on with assaults in central and southern Gaza, while Hamas has called on Washington to pressure Israel to halt the fighting.
WE PREVENTED deal to go forward and accept the ceasefire Ben Gvir January 2025
English:
The deal that is being formed is terrible. I know its details well:
It includes the release of hundreds of murderous terrorists from prisons, the return of Gazans, including thousands of terrorists, to the northern Gaza Strip, the withdrawal of the IDF from the Netzarim axis, and the return of the threat to the residents of the encirclement - thereby effectively erasing the war achievements that have been achieved with much blood by our fighters, so far, in the Gaza Strip.
Not only that, it does not lead to the release of all the kidnapped, and seals the fate of the remaining kidnapped who are not included in the deal to death.
This is not a "hard choice" that must be made to return the kidnapped. It is a conscious choice at the cost of the lives of many other Israeli citizens, who, unfortunately, will pay the price of this deal with their lives. We have already seen the fruits of these deals in the past. We have learned the hard way that there is no cover for all the promises that "we will get along later."
Over the past year, through our political power, we have managed to prevent this deal from coming to fruition, time after time.
However, since then, additional elements have been added to the government, who now support the deal, and are no longer the tipping point.
This means that the Prime Minister will refrain from signing the deal only if the force opposing it is large enough, and will not allow him to do so.
*The power of Otzma Yehudit is not sufficient in the current composition of the government to constitute a lever of pressure to prevent the deal, and our resignation alone will not prevent its implementation.*
Therefore, I call on my friend, Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich, to join me in full cooperation against the terrible deal that is being formulated, and to inform the Prime Minister together, clearly and firmly, that if the deal goes through, we will resign from the government together.
I emphasize: Even if we are in opposition, we will not bring down Netanyahu, but this move is our only chance to prevent its implementation, and in fact to prevent the surrender of the State of Israel to Hamas, after more than a year of bloody war, in which more than 400 IDF soldiers fell in the Gaza Strip, and to ensure that their deaths will not be in vain.
Along with this, I call on the Prime Minister to come to his senses, and to take steps that will lead to the defeat of Hamas and the release of our hostages without abandoning Israel's security: to completely stop the transfer of humanitarian aid and fuel, electricity and water to Gaza, alongside continuing the military crushing of Hamas until its complete defeat.
